Team Registration

• Each team must provide the following details upon registration:

  • Team Name

  • Club Link

  • Secretary Name & Contact Details

  • Team Manager Name & Contact Details

  • Mobile Phone & Email
     

• Player Registration:

  • All players must be pre-registered before participating.

  • Required details: Full Name, Date of Birth, Email, Mobile Number.

  • Player and team details must be submitted via Eventbrite when entering and paying for team entry.
     

Non-Player Attendees

• Event tickets must be purchased on Eventbrite.

• This is an Over 18s event – Valid ID required for entry.

Alcohol & Wristbands

• Wristbands must be worn by all Over 18s to purchase alcohol.

• Valid ID must be shown to receive a wristband.

• No glass bottles or glasses will be served.
   

Gate Entry & Security

• Tickets can be purchased at the gate – attendees must show valid ID to receive a wristband.

• Security staff & club volunteers will manage payments at the gate.

• Bag checks will be conducted for alcohol.
   

Event Staffing & Safety

• Club stewards will assist with:

  • Parking

  • Security

  • Litter patrol

  • General assistance

  • Bar service

• A club steward will be assigned to each pitch.

• Referees will officiate each game (final number determined by entry deadline, Date TBC).

• Ambulance crew on-site for medical assistance.
